Terms of Use for Epsilon Fleet

By accessing and using the Epsilon Fleet website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or participate in our community.
1. Community Conduct
All members are expected to:
- Treat others with respect
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Follow the rules outlined by individual simulations (sims)
Violations may result in warnings, removal from sims, or ban from the fleet.
2. Content Ownership
- Members retain ownership of the characters and original writing they create.
- By posting on the site, you grant Epsilon Fleet a license to display and archive your content for storytelling purposes.
- You may not reuse or copy others’ content without permission.
3. Age Requirement
Participants must be 13 years or older to join Epsilon Fleet or use the site, in compliance with internet privacy laws such as COPPA.
Some sims may have their own age restrictions based on content.
4. Nova Platform & Subdomains
Our fleet operates on the Nova roleplay platform, with each simulation hosted on its own subdomain.
Each sim may have its own rules, moderators, and content standards. Epsilon Fleet is not liable for user-generated content hosted on individual sims.
5. Discord & External Services
We use Discord for communication and community interaction.

You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Not impersonating others or creating multiple accounts for deception
Fleet staff reserve the right to review accounts or activity in the case of misconduct.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those terms.
